The Complete Communication Programme is comprised of six stand-alone training sessions, each exploring ways to improve a particular kind of workplace interaction. The training is delivered live by an expert trainer, either in the classroom or online.

This includes operational management of clinics, strategic management for public health policy makers.
On our course your specialists will get an overview of Singapore’s experience in planning and implementation of effective public health policy in the field of disease prevention and control, development of the latest technologies and management, share their experience in building a management system and hospital management, including highly specialized areas such as: epidemiological monitoring, supply chain decision support, risk and quality management, Green logistic supply chain, Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management and much more.
Course duration from 1 week (60 hours). We also successfully use hybrid training – one week of lectures online, the second week in Singapore on the basis of TUM Asia Campus and partner clinics.
